Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Echo Repel. This policy explains cancellations, replacements, warranty, and refunds.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

7-day replacement

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@echorepel.in with your order number.
• Share clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available) showing the issue.
• The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Device warranty

Echo Repel includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, contact us and we will repair or replace the unit subject to inspection. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage from improper installation, or normal wear.

Promotional guarantees

Any promotional offer or guarantee is subject to its own published terms, eligibility conditions, and verification. Please contact us for the applicable terms.

Refunds

If a suitable replacement is not available for a verified damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund for that item to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, after which your bank or provider may take additional time to reflect it.

Non-returnable situations

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery (other than valid warranty claims).
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation, or with missing accessories or packaging.
• Change of mind after the product has been installed or used.
